- customer/job records if work goes ahead: for as long as needed for the job, our customer relationship, accounting, warranties and legal claims;
- call recordings routed through the Get Work platform: 3 years from capture plus up to 3 years archive; and
- cookie preference records: for as long as reasonably necessary to manage and evidence your choices.

- ask us to correct inaccurate personal data;
- ask us to delete your personal data;
